Punch needle class with Jo Wick. Class participants will be punching a Name Tag using a Punch needle and Valdani pearl cotton thread with additional instructions on finishing techniques to complete their own personal name tag. Basic punch needle skills are required!
Kit description: Approximate 3 1/2” x 4” pattern of choice drawn on 14” square of weavers cloth, Valdani threads to complete the project, wool backing, batting insert, and a pin or magnet for the back of the tag.
Students need to bring: Ultra Punch Needle with medium tip needle, needle threader, small embroidery scissors, a small 11 - 12” gripper frame or 10” Morgan locking-lip hoop. **A gripper frame is preferred, Jo will have a few you would be able to use if requested prior to class event!
Cost of class is $75. Includes class instructions, kit and lunch at The Wooly Horse.
Each attendee will be able to choose from designs that will be offered by Jo once you have signed up!
